Test your wallet against the relying parties it will meet in production.
A configurable RP verifier emulator following the OpenID4VP 1.0 standard that sends valid and faulty presentation requests as a relying party, then reports how your wallet handled each one.
Wallet robustness testing with RP request manipulation
faulty-RP error cases
The RP breaks different parts of the request, so you can verify that your wallet detects the fault, rejects it safely and fails gracefully for the user.
- 1Deep link
- 2Request object
- 3Certificate & signature
- 4Encryption
- 5Authorization response
Alternative solutions within the standard
Where the standard leaves room for different implementations, each variant can be simulated to make sure that the wallet handles all possible scenarios.
Wallet response validation
The tool verifies the wallet's response to a valid RP request. All performed validations are listed and their results shown, which makes it easy to locate the problem if there is anything wrong. This can be used during the wallet development and maintenance of the app to discover any deviations as part of regression testing.
Validation report
- Key binding present
- Issuer not on the trusted list
- Revocation status cannot be verified
Profiles for national contexts
A profile sets the protocol version, client_id scheme, access and registration certificates and requestable documents and is easily customizable. This lets you test your wallet exactly as it will be used in your country or context, with only the relevant documents and the matching certificates.
